There were TV set and an electronic key card in my twin room. It was a favourable location not far from the restaurant on the 1st morning, and the night club which went one night to 5 am. A few times I ate at Ben Thai, located at a short distance from the hotel...

The entrance hall and restaurant area were jaw-dropping, the rooms were super comfortable, and the elevator worked flawlessly. The staff was incredibly friendly, and the hotel was spotlessly clean. The location was mind-blowing, right in the heart of downtown, in a very secure neighborhood. The hotel had three restaurants offering a variety of delicious cuisines. The A/C, wifi, and TV with local and international channels were top-notch. The lobby was absolutely beautiful. It was incredibly convenient, with shops, cafes, restaurants, and transportation options just a stone's throw away. The hotel's location near the bus station was a major plus for our travel plans. The heating in the room was perfect for the chilly December weather, and the abundance of towels and good breakfast made our stay even more enjoyable. The hotel had a great TV selection as well. the hotel staff's helpfulness and friendliness made our stay unforgettable.

The staff at this hotel was very helpful and friendly, making my stay enjoyable. They were always ready and willing to assist me with any queries or requests I had. Despite the basic nature of the hotel, the rooms were clean and tidy. The housekeeping staff did a good job of maintaining the cleanliness of the rooms throughout my stay. The location of this hotel was very convenient as it was close to the bus station. This made it easy for me to access transportation for my further travels through Morocco.
The hotel could benefit from some improvements in terms of its infrastructure. Certain aspects, such as the plumbing, furniture, and floors, showed signs of wear and tear.

Excellent Value for Money
During my recent stay at Nouzha in Fes, I had a fantastic experience. The location was perfect, with easy access to the city's main means of transport and charming small streets. The beautiful dining room adorned with traditional Moroccan decorations created a good atmosphere. I particularly enjoyed the delicious tadjin meal served there.
Although the hotel is basic, it provides all the necessary amenities for a comfortable stay. The room I stayed in was clean, and the heating system ensured I stayed warm during the chilly December weather.

Our family had a fantastic time exploring the city thanks to the friendly and knowledgeable staff. They helped us organize amazing excursions and gave us insider tips on the best places to visit. The kids had a blast on the guided tour of the Medina and my wife and I enjoyed the romantic evening transfer to a traditional Moroccan restaurant. It truly made our family trip memorable.
For dads, it would be great if the hotel had a playground for the children.
